Currently, a single 3300 ICP LX controller can support a maximum of 100 IP agents and 150 Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) agents for a combined total of 250 agents. You cannot have more than 100 IP agents on a single 3300 ICP LX controller in a single node environment due to blocking factors within the system. The IP gateway functionality is performed by the controller's Ethernet to TDM (E2T) card has a 128 channel limit. If the system has greater than 100 IP agents and 150 TDM agents, the 128 E2T channels could be exceeded in a high volume ACD site and result in blocking.
