Intraflow is a UCD feature application of phantom groups offering the supervisor the ability to load-share or back up incoming traffic between two voice groups. Intraflow depicts an example of load sharing incoming trunk traffic between two voice groups. Seventy-five percent of the incoming trunks are routed directly to voice group 1, the primary answering group, and twenty-five percent of the incoming trunks are routed to Phantom Group 1 which has its 'Reroute Always' destination programmed as voice group 1 with its DND first alternate programmed as voice group 2. Under heavy traffic the supervisor can immediately reroute twenty-five percent of the traffic to voice group 2 by placing Phantom Group 1 in DND mode.
