Make Busy removes the agent from all groups. Incoming calls to the group will not appear at the agent's set. Removing Make Busy returns the agent to the group. When Make Busy is activated, the agent's telephone retains functionality and can receive calls dialed directly to the set.
Note: If all agents of a hunt group are in Make Busy, incoming calls will remain camped-on to the group. The attendant should either manage the group to avoid this condition, or program call rerouting first and/or second alternatives against the hunt group to reroute for a No Answer condition.
