Program Trunk Group Busy RAD

To program the Trunk Group Busy RAD:

1. Program the Recorded Announcement Device (RAD).

2. In the Trunk Groups form, assign a Trunk Group Busy RAD number to provide a RAD announcement to callers when all trunks in the group are busy.

3. Ensure that the RAD's COS is programmed with the Busy Tone Timer set to a higher value than the ANSWER PLUS - Message Length Timer to prevent announcements being cut off before completion.

4. In the Trunk Groups form, assign a RAD's directory number to the Trunk Group Busy field.
