Attendant Directory Number lets you dial an attendant directory number (typically "0") to reach the attendant. Separate directory numbers can be programmed for each attendant console.
Calls to an individual directory number are presented only to those attendant consoles programmed with that number.
A caller making a call to an individual attendant position, which is currently "busied-out" (that is, with a status of ABSENT), receives Do Not Disturb tone, or is rerouted if call rerouting for Do Not Disturb is programmed.
Assign Dial 0 as a directory number against Softkey 2 and assign a softkey label (e.g., "DIAL 0") in Console Softkeys.
Assign 0 in the Telephone Number field and a softkey label ("DIAL 0") in the Name field of Telephone Directory.
