Attendant Serial Call allows the attendant to have a call extended to a destination within the system environment, and automatically returned to the console after the call is completed so the originating caller may be connected to another party by the attendant.
If the system has multiple consoles, the call will be returned to the attendant who originally handled the call.
Serial calls established on MSDN/DPNSS networks are not route optimized.
