Call Forward Forced lets you manually redirect an incoming call on your Prime or private line to another number.
Call Forward - Forced is only available on some phones; see Feature Availability below for more information.
Call Forward Forced is not dependent on timers.
If more than one line is ringing simultaneously, the softkey applies to the call appearing on the lowest button of the set.
If the set is programmed for more than one type of Call Forwarding, the priority is as follows:
Call Forward Follow Me
Call Forward No Answer
Call Forward Busy
Even if the programmed Call Forward is off, Call Forward Forced will redirect the call to the programmed destination. If you do not want to redirect to that destination, you must cancel that Call Forward.
You cannot use Call Forward Forced to forward a call to a busy destination.
Complete programming in Call Forward.
