Call Recognition Service

Purpose:

Use this form to search for EHDU entries by primary node ID A digit string that identifies a network element or a cluster within a network. Automatic Route Selection for the network is set up to route calls to the network elements based on the PNIs. Note that in a single standalone cluster, you do not need to assign PNIs to the cluster members. (PNI), directory number, or external number.

Find a field named

From the drop-down list, select a field within which to search for a specified value. You can search by Primary Node ID, Digit String 1 (the EHDU directory number), or Digit String 2 (the EHDU external (PSTN) number).

Primary Node ID (PNI)

Type the value to search for, up to 7 digits each for PNI and Digit String 1, and 26 digits for Digit String 2. Partial values are allowed.
