ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists (PATH I)

Purpose:

The ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists form defines the destination to be dialed when a caller presses a single digit. The number can be used to dial destinations such as a set, a voice mail port or a speedcall number. Up to 32 instances of the form can be created. Use this form when performing the following tasks:

This field is used to point to one of 32 possible instances of the ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists form. Enter a number from 1 to 32.

This field is used to store a description of the form. Enter up to 15 characters.

 

Digit Dialed

This read-only field lists the digits that a caller can press to dial out.

 

Redirection Digits

This field is used to define the destination number that is dialed when the caller presses a digit. Enter a number 1 to 7 digits in length. The Redirection Digits are verified when you commit the form.

Name

This read-only field displays the name entered in the Telephone Directory form that corresponds to the numbers in the Redirection Digits. If the Redirection Digits represent a speedcall number, the programmed speedcall digits are displayed.
