The ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists form defines the destination to be dialed when a caller presses a single digit. The number can be used to dial destinations such as a set, a voice mail port or a speedcall number. Up to 32 instances of the form can be created. Use this form when performing the following tasks:
The redirection digits can translate directly to a set, voice mail, broadcast group, consoles, speed dial or ACD.
If you change the Redirection Digits at a later date without committing the form, the digits are not verified.
If you change the contents of a speedcall number after committing the form, no notification is provided.
