The Peripheral/DSU Units form is used to define the type of Fiber Distributed (FD) unit:

Use this form when performing the following tasks:
This form does not apply to the AX, CX, CXi, CX II, CXi II, or MXe Server.
FD Nodes can only occupy units 6 through 13 (in any order).

Enter the Port ID on the Module (1 or 2). Each Module has 2 ports, labelled 1 and 2. Each Port has 2 FIM connectors, RX and TX. |
