<table id> <record id>
The DBTAB command provides database table information and the ability to display the contents of a specific table record.
DBTAB <table id> - displays information about the requested database table. Table id 0 (zero) contains a list of all database table ids.
DBTAB <table id> <record id> - displays the binary contents of the specified table record.
