GET
SET ARFAP ENABLED
SET ARFAP DISABLED
SET POLLING ENABLED
SET POLLING DISABLED
This command allows you to configure the Multi-Node Management Alarm application settings. By default, "Accept Requests From All Peers" (ARFAP) and alarm polling are enabled.
GET: displays the current configuration settings.
SET ARFAP ENABLED: configures the local system to accept SNMP requests for its alarm status from other elements in the Multi-Node Management Administrative Group. Although you can enable and disable this configuration setting, it has no effect on the system unless you configure SNMP traps for alarms. Currently, this feature is not fully supported.
SET ARFAP DISABLED: configures the local system to reject SNMP requests for its alarm status from other elements in the Multi-Node Management Administrative Group.
SET POLLING ENABLED: configures the local system to poll the other elements in the Multi-Node Management Administrative Group for alarms.
SET POLLING DISABLED: stops the local system from polling the other elements in the Multi-Node Management Administrative Group for alarms.
Note: System Data Synchronization shares these settings by default to the Administrative Group elements. Therefore if you change a configuration setting on an element, it will be applied to the other elements in the group.
