Provides information about Hot Desk users and directory numbers.
Notes:
This command provides the same information as the Locate Mobile DN command.
This command does not locate Hot Desk users who have logged in over an existing Hot Desk login session if the device has to home to a different controller to obtain the Hot Desk user's profile. If the device homes to the new hot desk user controller, the device controller is unaware of the location of the Hot Desk user. To reliably locate remote Hot Desk users, check the mobility logs.
After you issue the Load IP Process maintenance command on the device controller of a Hot Desk user, the device controller loses track of the remote hot desk location information. The Locate Hot_Desk_User command will then fail to locate any Hot Desk users that are logged on at remote hot desk user controllers. To reliably locate remote Hot Desk users, check the mobility logs.
The ALL qualifier displays all Hot Desk users and their current location information.
The TARGETS qualifier displays all telephones that currently have Hot Desk users logged in.
The ACTIVE qualifier displays all Hot Desk users who are logged in and identifies the associated registration DNs.
The INACTIVE qualifier displays all Hot Desk users who are not logged in.
