You can track the bandwidth utilization of Hot Desk users if the ICP manages both ZAPs on the voice media path between the devices that the hot desk user logs into.

In the example above, ICP A manages both ZAP 1 and ZAP 2. Because ICP A has visibility of both ZAPs, bandwidth utilization tracking and management is possible.
