Corporate Directory

Description:

Corporate Directory gives 5140 and 5240 IP Phone users access to the 3300 ICP corporate directory. Entries added to the Corporate Directory during the day are available to 5140 and 5240 IP Phones at 03:00 A.M. the following day.

Conditions

Corporate Directory is available to 5140 and 5240 IP Phones only.

Programming

In the 5140/5240 Web Services form:

1. In the ItemNum field, enter a number (1-9) to identify the Corporate Directory.

2. In the Label field, enter "Corporate Directory".

3. In the URL field, copy and paste the following text
   http://%DWS%/ws/corpdir/corpdir.asp?currentPage=list&dn=%DN%&language=%LANG%

• Note: Do not replace the set variables—%DWS% (Default Web Server), %DN% (Directory Number), and %LANG% (Language)—with values. The system resolves these variables when the user accesses the Corporate Directory from the IP Phone.
