Guest Room mode allows you to display, change, or enter new information about a guest room (condition, occupancy), the guest (name, wake-up) and the room extension (number, call blocking, call restrictions). You can change or enter new information in a guest room display by using softkeys.
None of the Guest Services functions, including displaying guest room information, are available on the SUPERCONSOLE 1000 or 5540 IP Console in a Clustered Hospitality environment.

Use any of the following methods to search for a room
Select a Room Number and type in the number of the room.
Select Room Status and you can search depending on any combination of the following criteria: occupancy, condition, or starting at a specific room number.
Select Last Name of Guest and type in the desired last name.
Press F12 or the Search softkey.
Make the required changes (if any) and press Save to save them.
