Attendant Console Firmkeys are programmable keys on your console that provide access to system services and console features.
You can program one or more of the firmkeys on your console as one of the following feature keys:
Bulletin Board
Call Park Retrieve
Emergency Call Log
Guest Service (Hotel/Motel)
Help
Macros
Message Waiting
Operator Mode
Pager
Phonebook
Scratch Pad
Third Party App
Tones
Trunk Group Status
Voice Mail
blank (no application)
When the SC1000 Attendant Basic Function Key is enabled in the Class of Service Options form, the Function Key is replaced by a toggle operator present/absent feature key. This key cannot be moved to another button position on the console.

To program features to keys:
Choose Options on the Tools menu.
Click Keypad.
Using the right mouse button, click the key that you want to program. A list of features appears.
Select the feature you want to assign to the key.
Click Apply or OK.
To restore the original key programming:
Click Restore Defaults.
SUPERCONSOLE 1000 and 5540 IP Console
To Program a firmkey:
Press Function.
Press Att Function.
Press Firmkeys.
Press a firmkey until the desired function appears.
Press Save.
Press Exit.
To use the Select Options key (when one or more firmkeys are required):
Press Select Options.
Press the desired softkey.
