While engaged in a call, the receiver has the opportunity to answer an incoming call before the calling party is forwarded to an alternate answer point. The receiver hears camp-on tone when there is an incoming call and display sets also show "XXXX is waiting" (where XXXX is the extension of the calling party). Incoming calls camp-on until the programmed timer runs out. They are then forwarded to the programmed Call Forward No Answer point.
If Call Forward Busy is enabled on the set, incoming calls follow the Call Forward Busy programming and do not camp-on.
In the Class of Service Options form, set the Call Forward - Delay (0 - 125 sec) option to the desired time. If this timer is set to "0", the functionality is disabled and calls follow normal programming conditions.
