The Call History feature lists the following information about calls made to and from a set. For each call made, received or missed, the following information is displayed:
Name of called or calling party
Date and time of call
Phone number of called or calling party
Call duration
Number of calls to or from a particular party (except Your Assistant)
The 5140 IP Phone, 5230 IP Phone, 5240 IP Phone, 5235 IP Phone, Your Assistant and Your Assistant PRO can store up to 50 entries in the Call History log while Your Assistant can store 1000. Once the limit has been reached, the oldest record is replaced as each new one is received.
Note: A call is only logged at the phone whose prime line is called. For example, if a phone with prime line 2000 answers an incoming call to multicall extension 2001, the call is only logged at the phone whose prime line is 2001.
Applies to the 5140 IP Phone, 5230 IP Phone, 5240 IP Phone, 5235 IP Phone, Your Assistant and Your Assistant Softphone Option.
Call History is not supported for ACD sets.

To access Call Logs:
Press the Call Log Application button.
To delete a single log entry:
In one of the Call Log screens, press the quick key associated with the entry you want to delete.
Press the Delete Item command key.
To delete all log entries:
Press the Delete All command key.
To make an external call from the Call Logs application:
In the Incoming or Missed Calls screen, press the Add Prefix Number command key.
In the first Number to dial field, enter the appropriate dialing prefix.
In the second Number to dial field, enter the number you want to call.
Press the Dial command key.
To access the Call History:
Open the Call History application on the PDA.
Note: You can view your Call History with the PDA undocked, but it must be docked in order to refresh the list.
To view detailed information about a Call History entry:
Select the entry.
In the Tools menu, select View Details.
To delete an entry:
Select the entry.
In the Tools menu, select Delete.
To delete all entries:
In the Tools menu, select Delete All.
You can browse through your logged calls using the History shutter. If the shutter label indicates you have missed calls, you can refresh your call history list to view these calls.
Duplicate call logs result in the original call log being updated with the time of the new log and the number of times the log has occurred.
To refresh your call history list:
Open the History shutter.
Press the tab that corresponds to the call history list that you want to refresh (For example, All, Missed, Made or Answered).
Press Refresh. Your list is updated with any new calls and the shutter label is now blank.
To delete call logs:
You can delete a single call log or you can delete a group of call logs (for example, you may wish to delete All, Missed, Made or Answered calls).
To delete one call log:
Open the History shutter.
Press the tab that contains the call history log that you want to delete (that is, press All, Missed, Made or Answered.
Press the call you wish to delete.
Press Delete. The next call in the list is displayed.
To delete all call logs:
Open the History shutter.
Press the tab that contains the group of logs that you want to delete (For example, if you want to delete all the calls you answered, press the Answered tab).
Press Delete All.
In the confirmation display, press Delete. All the calls listed within this tab are deleted.
To display call log details:
Open the History shutter.
Press the tab that contains the call logs that you want to display (For example, All, Missed, Made or Answered).
Press the call log for which you require information.
The details area of the shutter indicates:
status of the call (Missed, Made or Answered)
whether the call is new (status is bolded)
number and name (if available) of caller
duration of call (if duplicate call, duration of last call)
number of times the call occurred
indication if call is a Transfer or Conference call
Display other numbers in your call log by pressing the up or down buttons.
To access the Call History:
In the Tools menu, select Call Logs.
To view detailed information about a Call Log entry:
Select the entry. The detailed information is displayed at the bottom of the window.
To delete entries:
Select the entries you want to delete (use Shift-click to select contiguous entries, or Control-click to select non-contiguous entries).
Click the Delete button.
