Flexible Dimensioning

Description:

Flexible Dimensioning allocates database memory to each feature resource. Feature Resources are equipment and services (such as single-line sets, multiline sets, hunt groups, trunks, and pickup groups), and a Dimension is the size limit of a specific feature resource (for example, 48 attendant consoles).

The system borrows memory from other resources that are not in use. This feature allows individual systems to be tailored to individual business needs, resulting in optimal performance for a particular system.
