The ACD Agent IDs form displays the agent type: Traditional, Hot Desk, or Express. You also use the ACD Agent IDs form to assign identification numbers to traditional ACD agents.

Note: For hot desk ACD agents, the Agent ID, COS, and COR of ACD agents are read-only. You cannot add or delete the Agent ID and you cannot change the COS or COR of hot desk ACD agents from this form. You must use the User and Device Configuration form.
