ACD Agent IDs

Purpose:

The ACD Agent IDs form displays the agent type: Traditional, Hot Desk, or Express. You also use the ACD Agent IDs form to assign identification numbers to traditional ACD agents.

Agent ID

Assign a unique identification number to an ACD agent that does not conflict with any other directory number in the system. The ID can be 1 to 7 digits in length and can include the * and # characters.

Local-only DN

Allows you to specify the Agent ID number as a local-only directory number in a cluster. This field only appears in the form if your system has been migrated to support Remote Directory Number Synchronization.

Enter the Class of Service number associated with the agent ID. Must be a 2-digit number.

Enter the Class of Restriction number associated with the agent ID. Must be a 2-digit number.

Agent Name

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the name corresponding to the agent ID number (as entered in Telephone Directory).

 

Agent Type

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the Agent Type, either Traditional, Hot Desk, or Express.

Group ID 1 to

Group ID 16

(30 on MXe Server)

System-generated, protected fields. These fields display the Group ID numbers of the groups to which the agent belongs.

On a 3300 ICP MXe Server, each agent can be a member of up to 30 groups.

On all other 3300 ICP systems, each agent can be a member of up to 16 groups.
