This form allows you to program Music on Hold through an E&M Trunk card in a peripheral cabinet. Refer to Music on Hold for a description of the types of Music on Hold that are available.

Trunk Number |
Enter a unique identification number for the trunk. This Trunk Number is used in the Trunk Groups form to collect trunks into Trunk Groups. Can be in the range of 1 to 9999.

Enter a Trunk Service Number to define the incoming characteristics of the trunk. The Trunk Service Number is defined in the Trunk Attributes form. Any number of trunks may share the same Trunk Service Number.

Enter a DTS service number to define the COS and Intercept Number of the trunk. The DTS Service Number is defined in the DTS Service Profiles form. Any number of trunks may share the same DTS Service Number.
