Cancels the hsHandoff command.
The hsHandoff command is equivalent to the HST Courtesy Handoff maintenance command in the System Administration Tool.
After you enter this command,
any resilient devices that have NOT already been handed off to the secondary ICP will remain on the primary.
any resilient sets that have already been handed off to the secondary ICP are sent back. This is not instantaneous, but all the devices will be sent back over time without interrupting calls in progress.
