Initiates a managed failover of resilient devices to their secondary ICP. Use this command when the primary ICP needs to be taken out of service for a reboot or other reason.
The hsHandoff command is equivalent to the HST Courtesy Handoff maintenance command in the System Administration Tool.
You can cancel an hsHandoff in progress by entering the hshandback command.

You must enter this command on the primary ICP.
If the secondary ICP is unreachable, the resilient devices will remain on the primary ICP until system reboot or until the secondary ICP is in service again.
If a resilient device has already failed over to the secondary ICP, it will remain there until an hsHandback is executed or the primary ICP is rebooted. After the cancel or reboot, the resilient devices will fail back normally.
