hsPushback Shell Command

Qualifiers:

None.

Purpose:

Forces failed over resilient devices back to their primary ICP. Use this command as an alternative fix when an hsHandback operation fails to return devices to their primary ICP because of network problems or other reasons.

Details:

To use the commands, establish a secure telnet Telnet or Teletype Network is an Internet standard protocol for remote terminal connection service that allows a user to interact with a system at another site as if the terminal were connected directly to the remote machine. connection to port 2002 on the primary ICP.

  • You must enter this command on the primary ICP.

  • All calls in progress at the resilient devices dropped when the devices are transferred to the primary ICP.

  • Example:

    Entry: hsPushback

    System Response:

    Force all IP Devices go back to their primary-ICP !!!

    Have you tried hsHandback at 1st-ICP side ?

    If not,  Please do it now to end the hsHandoff process.
