Analog Media Gateway AX Controller

In a clustered configuration, you can configure the AX controller as an analog media gateway. As an analog media gateway, the AX Controller does not support any on-board digital trunking. Network access is provided via another 3300 ICP as an access point.

In an analog media gateway configuration, you can manage the AX controller either

• remotely through the embedded remote management feature of the main office ICP, or

• locally through the System Administration Tool of the AX controller.
