Business hours define when the Auto Attendant plays the open and closed greetings.
To program business hours using the System Administration Tool:
Use the VM Business Hours Settings form.
To program business hours using the Administrator's Mailbox:
Access the Administrator's Mailbox.
Press [3] for Business Hours.
The system will cycle through the days of the week, asking you to enter the opening and closing time for each day (starting with Sunday). Enter the time in the 24-hour format using 4 digits. For example, enter 0800 for 8:00 A.M., and 1730 for 5:20 P.M.
Note: To indicate that your business is closed on a given day, enter 0000 for both the opening and closing times.
