Note: The alternate login procedure will not work for the Administrator's mailbox. The default procedure (dial * + mailbox number + password) must be used instead.
To log into the Administrator's Mailbox:
From any internal telephone, lift the handset and obtain dial tone.
Dial the message center
number.
The system answers and plays the greeting.
Press [*] when you hear the greeting.
The system prompts for a mailbox number.
Enter the system administrator mailbox number: [this is a 2-6 digit number 99-999999].
The system prompts for a passcode.
Enter the passcode for the System Administrator's mailbox.
You are now logged in to the system administrator's mailbox. Follow the voice prompts for instructions or refer to Voice Mail TUI Options.
