New Installation

Use this procedure to change the mailbox digit length.

• Note: If the mailbox digit length and the directory number digit lengths are different, you will not be able to edit mailboxes from the Group Administration Tool, or from the User and Device Configuration form.

CAUTION: Doing a New Installation will erase your voice mail database.

1. Access the Administrator's Mailbox using the default Administrator passcode.

2. Press [1] for New Installation.

3. Follow the prompts to set the mailbox digit length and other voice mail parameters.
