Hotel/Motel Check-in and Check-out Guests

Description:

Use the CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT softkeys to check guests in and out. Checking a guest into a room assigns the room as "Occupied"; checking a guest out of a room assigns the room as "Vacant". When you press either the CHECK-IN or CHECK-OUT softkey, the Call Block and Call Restriction parameters for the room are reset to the values that are programmed in the Hotel Options form. The Keep Teldir Entry on Check Out COS option can be used to restrict or unrestrict a room without clearing all information (such as the name of the room).
