Call Forward - Override

Description:

Call Forward Override lets you bypass any Call Forward condition that is set at the station that you are calling.

Conditions

• See Call Forward.

• You must activate Call Forward Override each time that you attempt to bypass Call Forward.

Programming

• Complete programming in Call Forward.

• Enable Call Forwarding - Override in the Class of Service Options form.

• Assign a code to Call Forwarding - Override in the Feature Access Codes form.

Operation

2500, Mitel telephones, and 5560 IPT:

To use Call Forward Override:

1. Lift the handset or select the prime line.

2. Dial the Call Forward - Override feature access code.

3. Dial the number.

• Note: You can also press a DSS key instead of dialing the destination number or a speedcall key containing the destination number. When the DSS key is used in this way, the state of the monitored line is ignored and  there is no attempt to perform a DSS pickup of a ringing line.

Symbol NetVision Phone:

To use Call Forward Override:

1. Press SND.

2. Dial the Call Forward - Override feature access code.

3. Dial the number.

Symbol MiNET Wireless Phone:

To use Call Forward Override:

1. Press the Send Key.

2. Dial the Call Forward - Override feature access code.

3. Dial the number.
