You can export telephone directory entries from the Telephone Directory form to a comma separated file (.csv): comma-delimited file that can be imported into a spreadsheet program.
Notes:
If the maximum number of clustered elements is set to 250 in the License and Option Selection form, the Export All function will be disabled for the Telephone Directory.
If you export data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet does not open, see Excel Spreadsheet Fails to Launch to correct this problem.
You will need a text editor, word processor, or spreadsheet program (for example, Microsoft Excel) installed on your client station in order to manipulate the exported data.

CAUTION: Depending on the amount and type of data being exported, there could be a significant delay before the Save As dialog box is displayed. After the File Download dialog box appears, click Save. Do not click Open. After the system retrieves the data, the Save As dialog box appears.
