Swap

Description:

Swap lets you alternate between two calls (one internal, the other external) by pressing this personal key. Each call is private; neither person can overhear your conversation with the other.

Conditions

Swap does not apply to 2500, SUPERSET 401, SUPERSET 401+, and SUPERSET 4001 telephones. For these sets refer to Brokers Call.

Programming

If you intend to use a feature key in Operation, program a Swap key in the Multiline Set Keys form or use Superkey (see Feature Keys for more information on Superkey programming).

1. Press Trans/Conf or .

2. Dial the number.

To alternate between the two parties:

• Press Swap, Trade, or Trade Calls.

• Dial the number.

To alternate between the two parties:

• Do one of the following:

• To speak privately with the calling party, press Source.

• To speak privately with the called party, press Destination.

1. Press Hold.

2. Press # until Trans/Conf is displayed.

3. Press END.

4. Dial the number.

To alternate between the two parties:

• Press RCL.

Symbol MiNET Wireless Phone:

1. Press FCT.

2. Press down arrow key until Trans/Conf is displayed.

3. Press the Send Key.
