Multiline DNI Sets

Purpose:

The Multiline DNI Sets form is used to program Multiline DNI telephones. Use this form when performing the following tasks:

Conditions

This form does not apply to the CX, CXi, CX II, or CXi II controller.
When deleting DNI sets, you must also delete the corresponding directory entries and voice mailboxes.

Field Descriptions

Parameter	Description	Default Value
Cabinet, Shelf, Slot	System-generated, protected field. Identifies the card position.
Circuit	System-generated, protected field. Identifies the hybrid circuit used for the associated device.
First Channel	Select the attached device type.	Blank
Second Channel	Select the attached device type PKM12, PKM48, AIM, or Dual PKM. Unassigned channels must be left "No Device". Notes: The following DNI phones support PKM12, PKM48, and Dual PKM: SUPERSET 4025 SUPERSET 4150 The SUPERSET 410, 420, 430, and 4125 support only PKM48. They do not support the PKM12, Dual PKM, or AIM. SUPERSET 4025, 4125, and 4150 support the AIM.	No Device
Number	Enter a unique internal directory number up to seven digits in length assigned to the line circuit.	Blank
Local-only DN	Allows you to specify the directory number as a local-only directory number in a cluster. This box only appears in the form if your system has been migrated to support Remote Directory Number Synchronization.	Not Selected
ACD Enabled	Select "Yes" if the telephone is to be an ACD set. This field cannot be changed from "Yes" to "No" if the telephone is part of an ACD hunt group. Note: You cannot enable ACD on a telephone that has Group Presence or Personal Ring Group Presence keys programmed without first clearing the keys.	No
Line Type	System-generated, protected field. Contains a default value of "not assigned". Once the line is programmed, the field shows "single line". Once a group is created, the field shows either "key system" or "multicall" as appropriate.
Interconnect Number	Enter a number, between 1 and 64, that references an entry in Interconnect Restriction.	Blank
Language	System-generated, protected field. Indicates the set operating language.
Tenant Number	Enter the number of the set's tenant.	1 (landlord)
User PIN	Enter a password for the user PIN. The PIN can only include digits from 0 to 9 and can be from 0 to 8 digits in length.	Blank
