The Multiline Appearance Groups form gives the system manager a tool for changing group types from key system to multicall, or multicall to key system for multiline sets. It provides easy management of key system and multicall groups and is used to specify "Ring Type" for any line in a multiline set group.

System-generated, protected field. Shows the number of members in the group, and the order in which they appear. For the MXe Server, the maximum number of members per group is 250. For the other controllers, the maximum number of members per group is 32. |

Prime Directory Number |
System-generated, protected field. Shows the prime number of each device belonging to the group. |

Key Number |
System-generated, protected field. Indicates the button on the prime directory number's device which is an appearance of the group directory number. Mixed group members always appear as member number 1 and on key number 1. |

Ring Type |
Enter "Ring" (to select ringing line appearance), "No Ring" (to select a no-ring line appearance), "Delay Ring" (to select a delayed ringing line appearance), "Ring Continuous" (to select a continuous ringing line appearance even for sets busy on another line), or "Delay Ring Continuous" (to select a delayed continuous ringing line appearance even for sets busy on another line).
