Use this form to manage Personal Ring Groups.

Personal Ring Group

Enter a valid prime DN up to seven digits in length to be used as the pilot number for the PRG. The pilot number is the number dialed to access the PRG. See Personal Ring Group Conditions for valid numbers.

One Busy All Busy

This is a programmable option. If this option is enabled, busy is returned if ONE member in the group is busy. If this option is disabled, then all members of the group are rung if one or more members (but not all members) are busy.

Prime Member Name

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the name under which the Personal Ring Group's pilot (prime member) is listed in the telephone directory. If no name exists in the Telephone Directory form for the pilot number, this field is blank.

 

Home Element

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the name of the primary element for the PRG, which is the NE name of the local 3300 ICP.

 

Secondary Element

System-generated, protected field. The data in this field is the prime member's secondary element. "Not Assigned" is displayed if resiliency is not enabled on the prime member device.

If the primary element fails, the PRG fails over to the secondary element that is displayed in this field.

If the secondary element field is blank, the group is resilient but the secondary element name is blank.

Member Index

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the number of the member within the group.

 

Number

Enter the directory numbers belonging to the PRG. See Personal Ring Group Conditions for valid numbers and the maximum members allowed per group.

Blank

Presence

Allows you to set a group member's presence status to Present or Absent.

Present

Name

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the name corresponding to the directory number, as entered in the Telephone Directory form. If no name exists for the associated directory number the field is blank.

 

Home Element

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the name of the primary element for the PRG, which is the NE name of the local 3300 ICP.

 

Secondary Element

System-generated, protected field. The data in this field is the prime member's secondary element. "Not Assigned" is displayed if resiliency is not enabled on the prime member device.

Local-only DN

If "True" the pilot number of the Personal Ring Group is a local-only directory number. If "False" it is a cluster dialable number. This field only appears in the form if your system has been migrated to support Remote Directory Number Synchronization.
