Single Line DNI Sets

Purpose:

The Single Line DNI Sets form is used to program Single Line DNI telephones. Use this form when performing the following tasks:

Cabinet, Shelf, Slot

System-generated, protected field. Identifies the card position.

 

Circuit

System-generated, protected field. Identifies the hybrid circuit used for the associated device.

 

Device Type

Select the attached device type.

 

Number

Enter a unique number up to seven digits in length to be assigned to the line circuit. This is the number dialed to ring the telephone.

Local-only DN

Allows you to specify the directory number as a local-only directory number in a cluster. This field only appears in the form if your system has been migrated to support Remote Directory Number Synchronization.

Interconnect Number

Enter a number, between 1 and 64, that references an entry in Interconnect Restriction.

Non-Busy Extension

Select "Yes" to indicate that the associated extension is a non-busy extension; leave the entry blank, to indicate that the set is a regular extension. A non-busy extension requires a COS that has the conference option enabled.

Tenant Number

Enter the number of the set's tenant.

1 (landlord)

User PIN

Enter a password for the user PIN. The PIN can only include digits from 0 to 9 and can be from 0 to 8 digits in length.
