Tenants

Purpose:

The Tenants form is used to define tenants. You can have up to 64 tenants in a system.

Tenant Number

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the tenant number. Tenant 1 is always the landlord group.

 

Name

Optional. Enter the name of the tenant group.

Tenant Status

Select the tenant status. Choices are "vacant", "occupied" and "locked out".

Tenant Number 1 is the default (landlord) tenant, and must always be defined as "occupied".

Night Service Leader

Enter the tenant number of the night service leader. If this tenant does not have a night service leader, enter the tenant number. A tenant who is a night service leader should not have another tenant as night service leader.

Night Status

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the current day/night status.

 

Audio Source Settings

 

Audio Source

If you are using the system Music on Hold, select "Default".

When using a tenant-specific embedded Music on Hold source, select "Embedded". See System Audio Files Update for download instructions.

When using a tenant-specific analog or digital Music on Hold source, select "External".

If "Embedded" is selected for Audio Source, you can select one of the Audio source files.

Music on Hold Music Source

If "External" is selected, enter the directory number of the Music on Hold source assigned to the tenant.

Permissions Granted

 

Sets

Enter the number of each tenant whose members are allowed to call the members of this tenant. Separate the numbers with commas.

You can only give permissions to tenants in "occupied" status.

Trunks

Enter the number of each tenant whose members are allowed to use the trunks of this tenant. Separate the numbers with commas.

You can only give permissions to tenants in "occupied" status.

Attendants

Enter the number of each tenant whose members are allowed to use the attendants of this tenant. Separate the numbers with commas.

This automatically gives this tenant's attendants permission to call the other tenants sets.

You can only give permissions to tenants in "occupied" status.

System-generated, protected field. Indicates which tenants have given this tenant permission to use their trunks.
