You can add new user profiles to your system database by adding new users in the User and Device Configuration form.
Note: If you wish to add a large number of users, use the Import functionality. See About Importing User and Device Data for more information.
To add a new user
Access the User and Device Configuration form.
Click Add.
Select a Service Type: User and Device or Hot Desking User.
To add a userless (unlicensed) device, select IP Device Only as the Service Type.
Enter the user's Personal, Device, Policies and Services, Voice Mail, and Desktop Tool Access information.
Note: The Directory Number and Device Type field are required fields.
Click Save.
