You set up SDS using the following System Administration forms:
User Authorization Profiles: Allows you to assign administrators with the user rights required to define data sharing.
Network Elements: Allows you to define the other elements that are members of the network.
Cluster Elements: Allows you to create a cluster and add the cluster elements.
Admin Groups: Allows you to create and modify groups of elements to share data at the administrative scope.
SDS Form Comparison: Allows you to compare the data in a specific form between two network elements and identify any data inconsistencies. Use the form comparison feature to determine if data inconsistencies are present in specific forms. If you can narrow the data inconsistencies down to a few specific forms, then you will be able to save time by limiting the synchronization operation to a few forms. You should also use the form comparison feature to determine if you should not synchronize specific data (see Comparing Forms for details).
SDS Form Sharing: Allows you to set the extent to which each form will be shared with the other elements (All Network Elements, All Cluster Members, All 3300 ICPs, Resilient Pair, Member Hosts, or None).
Shared Data Updates (All, System, and User): Allows you to view the progress of data updates (pending updates and update errors).
Note: Access to the SDS Form Sharing form requires Root Administrator A system administration policy that permits unrestricted access to the 3300 ICP System Administration Tool. Only users logged in to the tool as the Root Administrator have read/write access to all forms and can grant tool access to other users. access rights (see Assigning Administrators).
