This feature collects data for outgoing and incoming trunk calls and also for calls made between stations within the system.
Both external SMDR and internal SMDR are available. They are separate features and can be enabled independently or together. When they are both enabled, external SMDR takes precedence over internal SMDR.
Notes:
SMDR records continue to be produced when the system experiences a power cut-over to reserve battery. However, records are not produced when the system is in system fail transfer mode.
ACD Express Agents cannot be programmed in both ACD Express and Agent Skill groups simultaneously, and therefore the group DN and not a path number is provided in SMDR records.
