Hot Desking Access Number

Enter the DN that terminates the DID Also known as DDI (Direct Dialing Inwards). Enter the DN that terminates the DID Also known as DDI (Direct Dialing Inwards). Allows an external caller to dial an internal extension without having to go through an attendant or operator. number dialed by external hot desking users to request a Callback.

As above but for Blackberry® users and users of other devices that support "smart dialing." With smart dialing, users can store the Callback DID number to the device for quick dialing. This number can be any valid extension, hunt group, ACD path, or ARS destination.
