Configuring RAD Greetings
(Embedded Voice Mail)

Overview:

You can assign different greeting sets to each one of the 30 RAD greeting sets.

Programming

To configure RAD greeting sets:

1. Record the greeting via an administrators mailbox or upload the recording file via System Audio Files Update.

3. Assign names to the greetings (1 to 9) that you recorded in the previous step.

4. Assign the RAD set to a voice mail port (for example, RAD Set 10 to Port ID 1).

4. VM RAD Greetings form

• Assign the number of the greeting recordings (1 to 9) to the RAD greeting set.
