Suites form
Enter a pilot number for each suite you want to create, and then assign guest rooms extensions to them. The first extension programmed is automatically identified as the Primary Suite Extension.
Assign a Call Delivery Type to each Suite Extension and enable Message Waiting notification if required.
Guest Rooms form
Enter the suite pilot number for each guest room.
To allow guests to set and cancel wake-up calls, see Hotel/Motel Setting Automatic Wake-up Calls (single suites only).
Associate a Linked Suite Pilot number with a collection of Member Suites through the Property Management System (PMS) by using Suite Messages. A Linked Suite may be formed, added to, deleted from, and removed using an available Linked Suite Pilot number. When a Linked Suite is formed, you can either enable or disable shared telephone services. You can check in or check out Member Suites independently, or while you program Linked Suites.
Notes:
Although Linked Suites can be programmed in the Linked Suites form, it is recommended that you use PMS as it provides a comprehensible interface to Linked Suites information.
The name and affiliation associated with a Linked Suite is added to the telephone directory through system administration (at the console) or using PMS. It is recommended that the name associated with a Linked Suite be programmed as the affiliation for each Member Suite using PMS.
