Linked Suites

Purpose:

The Linked Suites form is used to maintain the association of each Linked Suite Pilot number to the current Member Suites. Provisioning of Linked Suites can be performed through Property Management System (PMS) or system programming in the System Administration Tool; however, only one method should be used to manage all Linked Suites at the same site.

Enter the Linked Suite Pilot number for the Linked Suite you want to create or edit.

You can change or delete Linked Suite Pilot Numbers from the PMS.

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the name corresponding to the Linked Suite Pilot number, as entered in the Telephone Directory form.

Enter some meaningful text to describe the Linked Suite Pilot number.

Enable Shared Telephone Service

Select "Yes" or "No" to enable or disable shared telephone service (STS). Shared telephone service can be set to "Yes" when four or less Member Suites are configured. Shared telephone service may only be changed when all Member Suites are not checked in.

  • Note: STS-enabled Linked Suites in a hospitality cluster can only contain members hosted on the Hospitality Gateway.

Member

System-generated, protected field. Indicates the number of each Member Suite within the Linked Suite.

 

Suite Directory Number

Enter a Suite Pilot number associated with the Member Suite.
