The 3300 ICP can support a maximum of sixteen (16) consoles. The number of consoles required must be determined by the customer prior to system installation. The incoming calls are presented at the consoles in a multi-console installation as programmed in the System Administration Tool. The first attendant to handle the call will remove it from all of the console queues.
Under normal conditions, each new call simultaneously updates all attendant consoles by increasing the call waiting (C/W) total and modifying the call queue area (see Attendant Call Information Display). When a call is answered by one of the attendants, the call waiting (C/W) total decreases on the other consoles. When an attendant console is busied-out, no new incoming calls are displayed on its screen.
The system can support a maximum of sixteen (16) attendant consoles.
