The User and Device Attributes form provides the system manager with a facility to make changes to an operational database for multiline and industry-standard telephones.
Use this form to perform the following tasks:
The User and Device Attributes form cannot display or modify remote agent subgroups. Modifying the fields in this form and committing the changes is equivalent to modifying those same fields in the forms in which they appear; for example, changing the Department or Location fields is equivalent to modifying Department or Location in Telephone Directory.

Enter the Intercept Number (from the Intercept Handling form) which specifies the intercept handling for the specified station. |
Identifier |
System-generated, protected field. Indicates the device and location ID. |
Device Type |
System-generated, protected field. Displays the device type of the recalled extension. Note: This field does not apply if the directory number is associated with a Hot Desk user. |
Circuit Descriptor Index |
Enter the Circuit Descriptor number (from the ONS/OPS Circuits Descriptors form) which specifies the characteristics of the circuit for the specified station. |
Interconnect Number |
Enter the Interconnect Number of the recalled station. |
Class Of Service Day |
Enter the Class of Service for Day mode of the recalled station. |
Class of Service Night 1 |
Enter the Class of Service for Night1 mode of the recalled station. |
Class of Service Night 2 |
Enter the Class of Service for Night 2 mode of the recalled station. |
Class Of Restriction Day |
Enter the Class of Restriction for Day mode of the recalled station. |

System-generated, protected field. Displays the actual number of personal speed call entries stored by the user. Note: The "Hotline" and "Personal Speedcalls Used" fields are mutually exclusive. |
Pickup Group |
Enter the Pickup Group number of the recalled station. Note: Changing the pickup group number is equivalent to removing the station from the "old" pickup group and adding it to the "new" pickup group. |

Local Hunt Groups |
System-generated, protected field. Lists the first six hunt group pilot numbers and indicates the hunt groups to which the recalled station belongs. If the station belongs to more than six hunt groups, the others will not be displayed. If the station belongs to a network hunt group that is hosted on another controller, that pilot number will not be displayed. This field will be blank if the recalled station is not a member of a hunt group. |
Page Groups |
System-generated, protected field. Provides the first six page group directory numbers to which the station belongs. If the station belongs to more than six page groups, the others will not be displayed. This field will be blank if the station is not a member of any page groups. |
Default Page Group |
System-generated, protected field. Provides the station's default page group directory number. |
Ring Groups |
System-generated, protected field. Provides the first six ring group directory numbers to which the station belongs. If the station belongs to more than six ring groups, the others will not be displayed. This field will be blank if the station is not a member of any ring groups. |
Personal Ring Group |
System-generated, protected field. Provides the membership information for the Personal Ring Group that the DN Directory Number. belongs to. |
Suite Pilot Number |
System-generated, protected field. Indicates the Suite Pilot number that the recalled directory number is associated with, as assigned in the Suites form. |
Call Park - Paging Equipment Automatically Connected to |
Enter the paging type and either a paging zone number or directory number for Direct Page. The paging zone must be local to this controller. Direct Page numbers can be local or remote and up to seven digits long. |
