The 3300 ICP Networked Voice Mail feature (Networked Voice Mail) allows voice mail users to seamlessly send and receive messages between all the voice mail servers on a network. This includes (but is not limited to):
selecting destination mailboxes using the corporate voice mail directory.
confirmation of destination mailboxes (name or number).
using existing voice mail features such as receipts, distribution lists, replying to a voice mail

Requires RDN Synchronization for the cluster.
Requires a corporate voice mail directory.
3300 ICP nodes:
Each voice mail node must have a different hunt group number.
Each voice mail node must have its own Auto Attendant.
All Primary Node IDs must be the same length.
Each node must have a system name programmed in the System Options form.
Mailboxes:
All mailbox numbers in the network must be different (except for resiliency mailboxes).
The mailbox length must be the same for all voice mail nodes.
See Programming Networked Voice Mail.
To log in a mailbox when calling from outside the network:
Call the main number.
Dial the hunt group number of the voice mailbox server. The call is transferred to that node's Auto Attendant.
Note: This step is not required if the mailbox is on the same node as the main number.
Enter the extension number associated with the mailbox.
Log in as usual.
To enter a voice mailbox number when forwarding a message or programming a distribution list:
Enter the number of the recipient as you do when calling that person (extension only for local mailboxes, with PNI for remote mailboxes).
Note: There can be a few seconds delay after entering the PNI of a remote mailbox. Press "#" at the end of the number to skip this delay.
Attendant: when transferring a call to a one-digit mailbox:
There can be a few seconds delay before the call is transferred if the PNI matches the first digits of a local mailbox number. Press "#" at the end of the number to skip this delay.
