Description:

Conference lets you connect three or more people into a single telephone conversation. While you are in a Conference, you can use any of the features that would normally be available during a two-party call.

When the maximum is 64 people, you can have 8 conferences of 8 parties, 21 conferences of 3 parties, or a combination between. When the maximum is 9 people, you can have 3 conferences of 3 parties, 2 conferences of 4 parties, or 1 conference of 8 parties. With 30 maximum participants, you can have 10 conferences of 3 parties, 5 conferences of 6 parties, or any combination in between.

To form a Conference when a two-party call is already in place, or to add another party to an existing Conference:

  1. Press Trans/Conf or TRNSF.

  2. Dial the number of the next party.

  3. Wait for an answer.

  4. Press Trans/Conf, Conf, or Conference.

To leave a Conference:

To set up a Conference when a two-party call is already established, or to add another party to an existing Conference:

  1. Press Trans/Conf phone key or the key that you have programmed to Trans/Conf.

  2. Dial the number of the next party.

  3. Wait for an answer.

  4. Press the Trans/Conf phone key or the key that you have programmed to Trans/Conf.

To leave a Conference:

To form a Conference when a two-party call is already in place, or to add another party to an existing Conference:

  1. Press .

  2. Dial the number of the next party.

  3. Wait for an answer.

  4. Press .

To leave a Conference:

  1. Press Flash or flash the switchhook.

  2. Dial the number of the next party.

  3. Wait for an answer.

  4. Press Flash or Flash the switchhook.

  5. Dial the Conference Call Feature Access Code.
