3. Obtain the following information from your IT administration:

• Data network diagram that identifies any existing bandwidth bottlenecks.

• The bandwidth limits that IT has assigned to the voice media stream between the zones

4. Create a zone tree diagram of the site and label the network elements, zones and ZAPs.

5. Program Bandwidth Management by transferring the information from your zone tree diagram to the forms.
